UHC · Ultimate Head Coach

Your practice. Measured.

One phone behind the stumps. Set the line and length you're aiming for, bowl, and see how often you hit it.

How it works

Five steps, one phone.

  1. 01

    Set up

Put the phone on a tripod behind the stumps at your end.

  2. 02

    Set your target

Start a new session and pick the line and length you're aiming for.

  3. 03

    Calibrate and bowl

Calibrate in the app, then bowl normally. Each delivery is saved on its own.

  4. 04

    Report

UHC maps each analysed ball to a line and length and shows how often you hit your target.

  5. 05

    Ask UHC

Ask about your session and get practice ideas in plain words.

After each session

What lands on the phone.

Accuracy is measured against the target you chose, so a session has a point and progress shows up.

  • Line and length of each analysed ball
  • Line accuracy how often you hit your target line
  • Length accuracy how often you hit your target length
  • Session accuracy both together, on the same ball
  • Session patterns where the balls went across the zones
  • Estimated release speed of the balls bowled: slowest, average and fastest
  • Ask UHC what the session shows and what to work on next

Built for the whole net

For the bowler, a head coach. For the coach, an assistant.

Set a target. Get proof.

Each session measures accuracy against the line and length the bowler chose.

Squad Play

Up to six bowlers share one phone at the nets, each with their own target and results.

Ask UHC

Ask about your session, like which length you bowled most, and get practice ideas in plain words. Use it alongside your coach.

Learn from the misses

The bad balls stay on record, so they shape the next session instead of being forgotten.

Review it together

Player and coach go through the same session, ball by ball, instead of from memory.

Coach the individual

Each bowler's own numbers show what they need, so advice fits the player, not the group.

Questions

Good to know.

What do I need?

An Android phone, a tripod and a well-lit net. No sensors, no extra cameras. The app guides you through setup.

Which phones work?

UHC starts on Android. Compatible phones will be listed on the Play Store, and we'll share them with the waitlist before you get access.

Where does the phone go?

On a tripod 8 to 10 feet behind the stumps at the bowler's end, high enough to see the full pitch and tilted slightly down towards it. The app guides you through the rest.

Does it work indoors and outdoors?

Yes. UHC has been tested in both indoor and outdoor nets. Keep the phone steady, the net well lit, and the background clear of anything the same colour as the ball.

Does UHC show speed?

Yes. UHC gives the estimated release speed of the balls bowled, with the slowest, average and fastest in your session summary.

Does UHC tell me why a ball went wrong?

Not yet. Today UHC shows where each analysed ball pitched against your target. Explaining why needs movement and technique analysis, which is on our roadmap.

Is there a free version?

Yes. There will be a free way to try UHC and a paid plan for regular training. Plan details come with the launch.

Is UHC on iPhone?

Android comes first. iPhone is on the roadmap.
